On Wednesday 16th September, seventeen members of Kempsey Probus Club gathered together at the Crescent Head Centennial Pavilion for morning tea and the opportunity to catch up with friends they have been unable to meet since March.
Probus is worldwide association of retired or semi-retired people from all walks of life that provides opportunities for meet-ups and other social events.
The day was bright and sunny but despite the chilling breeze travelling through the Rotunda, a good time was had by all.

As with many clubs in the Macleay Valley, Kempsey Probus has been in hiatus since the early days of Covid-19.
Now that restrictions are eased, finding a venue large enough to hold 30-40 people and still adhere to the social distancing rules to enable our regular meetings to resume is difficult, but hopefully in the near future we will once again be able to return to the monthly routine.
