Rovers picked up the bat first at Frederickton Sports Ground and were off to a horrible start as Brendan Roache dismissed both openers to begin his haul of wickets.
Jonte Ross entered the field and offered solidarity with Rovers 2/65 at the drinks break.
However, the break proved to be a burden for the away side as a damaging batting collapse commenced.
Rovers quickly went from 2/82 to all out for 115 with Roache (5/29 off 8) and Grant McMillan (3/20 off 8) the main destroyers.
Only two batsman from Rovers managed to score double figures with Ross (38) the best.
After bowling Nulla out for 99 last week, Rovers certainly had the ability to defend a small target but Frederickton openers Jamie Cooper and Craig Parker were looking to quench their thirsts early.
The ever-reliable Cooper went on an assault, hitting 14 boundaries in his score of 69 before being bowled out to Ross.
At the other end Parker went hard from the beginning, bludgeoning four 6's before taking a back seat as Cooper tallied the runs.
Ross (2/26 off 5.3) topped off his day to add the wicket of Grant McMillan to his tally but only a few balls later the score was passed in a total of 19.3 overs. Parked finished 34 not out.
