Mainey (34) was first to fall with the score on 65 but the tally of runs continued to pile up as Crotty (47), Corey Crotty (77) and Todd Giddy (21) all helped their team reach a total of 6/222 off their 40 overs.
Brad Dyet (3/49 off 7 overs) proved important in his return to the side whilst off-spinner Ethan Brown (3/47 off 8 overs) was also in the wickets.
After Jonte Ross was dismissed early for Rovers, Pat Brennan and Brett Williams put in a great effort to win back momentum for the batting team.
Both men formed for a 54-run partnership before Brennan departed for 21 off the bowling of Lachlan Ayres.
Williams continued to plug away at the other end but by the time he was dismissed for 52 the score read 5/109 with the game evenly balanced.
Cooper Petterson didn't muck around at the crease, taking the challenge to Nulla but wickets continued to fall around him.
Lachlan Ayres, Nick Morrison and Flynn O'Loughlin were all pivotal in adding the finishing touches to Nulla's win as Rovers fell short, bowled out for 201 off 37.5 overs.
Petterson finished on 54 runs off 54 balls whilst Ross Field's 14 off 7 balls made things interesting at the end with two 6's in his innings.
Ayres finished with 3/45 off 6 overs whilst Corey Crotty (2/29 off 8 overs) and Morrison (1/23 off 8 overs) were economical.
