The battle of the club-mates was on at Kemp Street Sports Fields as Rovers HISC won the toss and elected to bat.
For HISC the runs came along early but so did the wickets as their top four were dismissed for a total of 49.
Ellen Hetherington and Scott Ross met in the middle to form an excellent partnership that saw the side go from 4/49 to 5/131 as Ross departed for 44.
Hetherington stuck around but her partners continued to fall as she stayed not out on 48 with the side bowled out for 184 off 38.1 overs.
Timothy Buckley (2/23 off 8 overs) and Thomas Powick (2/22 off 5 overs) were the pick of the bowlers.
WKH then picked up the bat and Thomas Powick was determined to keep up his good form with the ball and convert that with the willow.
The partnership of the Powick's with Thomas opening and Shane at first drop proved pivotal as WKH went from 1/16 to 2/77 when Shane was out for 32.
The fall of that wicket wasn't going to stop Powick from continuing his dominance as he carried his bat to a sensational 74 not out with WKH reaching the target six wickets down off 37.2 overs.
Zac Tyne was excellent with the ball for HISC, finishing with figures of 3/35 off 8 overs.
Nulla Bucketeers vs SWR Shoeys Bakery:
Nulla made the journey to South West Rocks Sports Ground on Saturday and chose to pick up the bat first.
One man down, Nulla's job wasn't going to be easy and the Rocks were determined to show off their bowling credentials.
When Nulla were 1/44 proceedings were going along calmly but the rot begun when Ian Dyet was removed for a quickfire 16.
From there the Rocks' Chris McEvoy (4/2 off 3 overs) and Jack Ramsay (3/10 off 3.5 overs) went on a rampage to see finish off the Bucketeers for 9/54 from their 14.5 overs with Mark Smee's 22 at the top of the order ensuring a score could potentially be defended.
The Rocks then made light work of the score, reaching the required total in 13.4 overs with Craig Monk's 31 off 43 balls the highlight.
