The team at the Tumblegum Bakehouse & Cafe have been busy baking up a delicious range of treats for Christmas.
Of course, there are mince pies, Christmas cake and puddings but there's also mouthwatering shortbread, almond bites, rumbles and macaroons.
You'll also find here gingerbread houses, and they make for excellent gifts as well as the Rudolf cakes.
To avoid disappointment, the cut-off for orders is December 10, and you can pick up your order any time before Christmas Eve when the doors close at 3pm.
Husband and wife team Wayne and Cindy Martin opened their first shop in Kempsey in 2003 and it soon became a local favourite for its home-baked goodness.
In 2008, they opened the bakehouse in Smith Street and a shop in Port Macquarie followed in 2014.
They have since gone on to win a cabinet full of awards for their vanilla slice, apple pies, mud cakes, fruit flans, sausage rolls and more.
There are now 35 local staff employed across the three shops, including five multi-talented bakers and pastry chefs, who make delicious bread, cakes, pies, pastries and quiches.
Sourcing products locally where possible, L-Bo Butchers supply their meat and Gladstone Fruit & Vegetables supply the fruit and vegies.
"We pride ourselves in quality products at a reasonable price," says owner Wayne Martin.
