Frederickton Fleas made the long journey from Kempsey Golf Club to Jim Stirling Oval for their second match of the day as South West Rocks elected to bat first.
Jye Woodger (29) and Matt Ryan (53) combined at the top of the order for a 73-run partnership before Grant McMillan did damage with the ball.
McMillan (4/14 off 3 overs) proceeded to dismiss Ryan and the majority of the Rocks middle order but was unable to stop a competitive total of 6/148 being posted.
Captain Michael Fotheringham was the next highest scorer with 16 runs off 15 balls.
SWR were in a mood with the ball in hand and looked to earn their refreshments early.
For Frederickton, only Tyron Smith (11) reached double figures as his side were bowled out for 31 off 9 overs.
Patrick Cotter (2/6 off 2), Cooper Schubert (2/13 off 3 overs) and Hayden Williams (4/6 off 3) were outstanding with the ball as South West Rocks continued their trend of taking 10 wickets every game.
The win maintained SWR's spot in first place with Nulla trailing four points behind.
