The Rocks finished with a competitive total of 8/151 as Corey Crotty (3/44 off 4), Lachlan Ayres (2/15 off 2) and Nick Morrison (1/7 off 4) finished with the best figures.
Troy Giddy's (41 off 37) promotion to the top of the order worked wonders for Nulla as him and Corey Crotty (61 off 48) combined for a 107-run opening stand.
When Crotty departed at the end of the 14th over Nulla were in the box seat with 21 runs needed off 36 balls.
Adam Stutz (22 off 16) and Bryce Widdison (10* off 4) applied the finishing touches to be the first side not bowled out by South West Rocks this season.
Patrick Cotter (2/21 off 4 overs) and Sam Stanfield (2/32 off 4 overs) were the best performers with the ball.
The win meant Nulla leapfrogged South West Rocks on the ladder before the next T/20 match.
