Low lying areas of the Kempsey Shire are underwater and a number of communities will be isolated for a number of days.
The widespread damage and destruction caused by floods is something Macleya Valley residents have dealt with in the past, however it's not until you see the impact of the current flood from the air that you get the full picture of how much water is inundating the Macleay.
Brett Stephenson sent his drone up to survey the damage around Frederickton on Saturday.
Disaster relief funding for residents, businesses and councils on the Mid North Coast has been announced following the past few days of floods and storms.

A weather warning for heavy rainfall and damaging winds remains in place for the Mid North Coast.
Further rainfall is forecast on Sunday and early next week with further river rises possible.
Residents are advised NOT to drive unless absolutely necessary.
