All matches were scheduled to be played in the Coffs Harbour region.
Coffs Harbour City Council has closed three grounds, and the administrators of two other fields have followed suit.
Round one matches have been rescheduled to the June long weekend.
Matches may, however, be played earlier or later, depending on agreements reached between clubs or due to FFA Cup commitments.
CPL match week two will occur next weekend, April 17 and 18.
Macleay Valley Rangers were scheduled to play Sawtell Scorpions at Toormina Oval while Kempsey Saints were preparing to take on the Northern Storm at Korora Oval.
The Saints game was originally scheduled for Eden Street Playing Fields but had to be changed due to council closing that ground.
As of today, South West Rocks Sports Ground is the only ground open in the Macleay Valley.
