The week will be hosted by Maroochydore SLSC, Alexandra Headland SLSC and Mooloolaba SLSC from April 16 to April 24.
One crew from South West Rocks is attending which'll be the masters 180s division of Craig Schweikert, Mark Knotley, Grant Coleman, Chris Ward, Grant Coleman and Paul Owens
"We've been training well, everyone's ready to go," Owens told the Argus.
"Hopefully we get a bit of luck on the day and do our best."
The team is also expected to attend "The Aussies", an Australian surf life saving competition where members from 314 surf clubs around the country come together to compete in more than 480 beach and ocean events.
The Kempsey/Crescent Head SLSC will have two teams - the A crew 'Mega Men' and the masters 200s team.
200s will compete on the Monday and with all their races done on the same day.
This crew will consist of Gavin Burke, Austin Northey, Simon Tamblyn, Mick Conomos and Stuart Henderson.
"Everyone's still training when they can, we're feeling good and no one's injured," Northey said.
"The Masters have been to four consecutive events and won gold in all of those so there's expectations but it's not that easy."
The A crew will compete on Tuesday in the short course and then racing on the Wednesday as well in heats and rounds,
"If they do well they'll continue to row on other days," Northey added.
Mick Conomos, Jake Conomos, Carl Thurgood, Steve Pellen, James Conomos will form the A crew.
Former South West Rocks resident Finn Askew will also be featuring in the Ironman event.
