A large crowd well into the hundreds were present on Main Street.
Last year's Anzac Day service was commemorated by people standing alone in their driveways due to COVID.
This year saw a return to normality with minimal restrictions.
Wreaths were laid by various organisations throughout the town including Crescent Head Public School, Crescent Head Lions Club, Crescent Head Tavern, Crescent Head Country Club and Kempsey/Crescent Head Surf Life Saving Club among many others.
Crescent Head Public School student Oliver Robinson played the The Last Post and Reveille with Master of Ceremony, Mr Ross Foster, commenting on how terrific it was to have a local playing the bugle.
