Some of the projects outlined in the draft plan are:
- $22 million towards maintaining and renewing the local road network including replacement of timber bridges involving Nulla Nulla Bridge and McKenzies Bridge and road safety improvements.
- Nearly $10 million towards the Macleay Valley Adventure Recreation Park, providing social connection and boosting the local economy.
- $350,000 to refurbish Kempsey Library including upgrades to the meeting room, youth study space and kids' area.
- $5 million to deliver a modern wastewater management system to the communities of Stuarts Point, Grassy Head and Fishermans Reach.
- $4 million to the Mid North Coast High Performance Centre at South West Rocks to enhance the local sporting needs and to provide a venue to host larger sporting events in the Macleay.

Stuarts Point, Grassy Head and Fishermans Reach community heard at Community Catch-up
Council have issued a huge thank you to the Stuarts Point, Grassy Head and Fishermans Reach communities for attending council's Community Catch-up on Thursday.
The Stuarts Point Hall was packed with residents from Fishermans Reach, Grassy Head and Stuarts Point itself. Participants were invited to share their questions, concerns and expectations for the future with council.
All that feedback will be collated and responded to in a written report that council will then share with everyone who attended and the wider community.
The next Community Catch-up is set to take place at Gladstone Hall on July 1 2021 and will focus on the twin towns Smithtown and Gladstone.
