He had a high tackle charge downgraded and his suspension has been cut by one game.
Walker pleaded guilty to the charge but sought the downgrade. He was sent off in the clash against Port City at Kempsey on Sunday May 16.
Port City won the game 18-16.
"If he was unsuccessful he would have been out for three games,'' Group 3 chairman Wayne Bridge said.
"But that's been cut to two.''
Walker was sidelined for Macleay's 44-14 loss to Port Macquarie last Saturday and he will also miss Saturday's game against Forster-Tuncurry at Kempsey.
He'll return for the game against Old Bar at Old Bar on Sunday June 6.
