Overall, Macleay Valley Business Chamber executive officer Lisa McPherson said the event was a massive success.
"It was a full house at the South West Rocks Country Club; the atmosphere was great, there was a real energy in the air," she said.
"Local businesses do a lot for our community, and it's great to have an event where we can recognise and celebrate them, and the work they do in our community."
There were 25 different award presentations in two different categories this year.
Firstly, the Local Recognition Awards. The local awards were voted on by judges outside of the Macleay with significant experience in the business world and the community.
The second category were the NSW Business Chamber Aligned Awards, which give winners the chance to attend the Regional and State Awards later this year.

"Thanks to everyone who entered the Macleay Valley Business Awards this year, congratulations to all the winners, and a big thank you to all our generous sponsors," Lisa said.
"The Macleay will be very well represented in the regional awards this year; we look forward to seeing the results."
The awards might be over for another year, but Lisa says there are more opportunities for businesses to raise their profiles before the 2022 event.
"The committee encourages all local businesses to enter the business awards; we hope to see growth in entrant numbers each year," she said.
"There are other opportunities throughout the year for local businesses to get involved in the Macleay Valley Business Chamber, raise their profile, and make new connections in commerce."
