Bowraville will be the first to kick off with a non-tab meeting on Saturday.
Kempsey will have three local chances with Julie Lynch nominating Waiheke Island in Race 1 and Ausbred Trump in Race 4.
Barry Ratcliff has three-year-old filly Wanadream competing in her second race in Race 4.
All events are of equal value in the five-race meeting.
A soft 6 has been classified as of the time of print.
On the Sunday, competition heads further North at Grafton with five Kempsey connected horses entering.
Kempsey owned Flying Mojo will feature in Race 9, the five-year-old gelding has achieved two wins and a place in his last four starts.
Hilary Dew's Karlu Dreaming will feature in the same event.
Race 9 will have a $27,000 prize pool.
Barry Ratcliff's Bear the Crown will be in Race 3, the four-year-old mare has shown decent form on Good 4 tracks previously with a first in Kempsey, second in Taree and fourth in Grafton late last year.
A Heavy 10 has been classified for Taree on the Monday with a number of entrants from the area.
Roy Franklin's Graceful Star will look to back up from a third at Kempsey in Race 5. Franklin also has Malted Missile nominated, looking for its first win in Race 7 as is Daniel Simonetta's Dreamawin.
11-year-old gelding French Command is nominated by Hilary Dew for his 155th start in Race 3 while Lynch has Waiheke Island nominated in the same event.
Ratcliff's three-year-old filly Sanchez is nominated for her fourth start in Race 8.
