It's a total of four vouchers, worth $25 each, two for dining and two for discovery, which totals to $100 that can be put toward local businesses during these trying times.
Kempsey Macleay RSL chief executive officer Daniel Abella, said the clear selling point of these vouchers was that they are a "free night out, why wouldn't you go and use it".
In order to redeem these vouchers, you will need to have a MyServiceNSW account and download the Service NSW app on a smartphone.
The dining vouchers can be used for takeaway food services (excludes third-party food delivery services), and at cafes, restaurants, pubs, taverns, bars, wineries and clubs.
The discovery vouchers can be used for entertainment services: cinema, museum, live music, amusement parks and recreational activities like bowling, go-karting, indoor climbing, mini-golf, botanic gardens and wildlife parks.
When asked how the RSL had been doing during this tumultuous period Mr Abella said: "Because of COVID we have definitely been quieter, and that's why those dining vouchers have been good because using them has helped us and other local businesses".
"We've had people come in and use the vouchers, but I think a lot of people aren't using them because they don't know about it," Mr Abella said.
Every unused voucher is $25 not going into local tills, this money can go a long way for the community.
Last month's data showed that more than 4.23 million people in NSW have downloaded the vouchers since they were launched in March, spending a combined total of more than $357 million with registered businesses when adding in the additional spend on top of the voucher amount.
These vouchers were introduced as a stimulus to help local businesses during the COVID fueled restrictions.
