About 11.25pm on September 15, Mid North Coast Police arrested a 14-year-old Kempsey boy after a foot pursuit in South Kempsey.
The boy was taken back to Kempsey Police Station where he was charged with arrest warrant - aggravated break and enter dwelling in company steal less than $60,000; aggravated break and enter dwelling in company steal less than $60,000; attempt break and enter house steal value less than $60,000; break and enter house steal value less than $60,000; be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner; enter vehicle or boat without consent of owner; and larceny.
In addition to these charges, the boy was also charged with breach of bail.
He was refused bail by police and appeared in Port Macquarie Children's Court on September 16.
