
The Kempsey Golf Club members and visitors to the club helped to raise money for the DoingitforJarrod Charity last Saturday as part of the 18 hole Medley 4bbb stableford and individual event which saw 110 players hit off.
The day was very successful and a large amount of money was raised for this special charity and a very big thank you goes to Bradley Dyet for all his work in organising the day and to the club for staging this event.
Taking out the 4bbb stableford event was the pairing of Caleb Foran and Paul Brose with a very good score of 48 points and this was after a countback was done with the runner up pair of Glen and Jhonti Pilbeam also with 48 points on the day.
Harry Mainey really enjoyed his day and was awarded the individual event top prize after his early morning round of 41 points.

Winners at the 3rd hole in the ntp's were Jarrod Lipscombe 'A', Brett Hutley 'B', William Pollock 'C' and Deniece Dyet in the Ladies.
On the 8th hole the winners were Angus Crotty 'A', Kevin Hopping 'B', Harry Mainey 'C'.
The 11th hole winners were Mark Morison 'A', David Holme 'B', Jhonti Pilbeam 'C'.
Winners at the 16th hole on Saturday were Dan Baker 'A', Brad Martin'B', John Wright 'C', Donna Farrer 'L'.
This weeks winner of the super tee ntp on the 18th hole was Mike Richards with a very fine 2nd shot to the green.
In the weekly ball competition on the day the teams with a score of 43 points and better were winners of a ball and they can be collected from the pro shop at the club anytime along with any unclaimed prizes on the day.
A very special day on Saturday at the club will see the staging of the 2020-21 Gold Medal playoff for all of the monthly medal winners over the last 12 months.

The members and visitors will be playing in the 2021 George Hill Painting 18 hole Stroke event for the Monthly Medals in each grade on Saturday and all intending players wishing to play can book in now at the club or go online to book in for your round.
