The event is being run by the Riverside Markets, but due to COVID restrictions they have had to relocate to a contained location. It is on Saturday, December 4, from 3pm to 8.30pm and everyone is invited.
The markets will be held indoor this year, including an exciting line up of stalls, food and beverage vendors and a live performance from the 'Bad Sneakers'.
Also there will be an art exhibition with all of the works by the students at the Macleay Vocational College on show. To top it off, the Slim Dusty museum will be open to the public for free.
Organiser of the Christmas Festival, Belinda Fowler said everyone is welcome to drop by.
"Come along and really enjoy it, this will be our first market in quite a while, so it will be really great to have some normality," Ms Fowler said.
She said the 'mates' room in the centre is being turned into a kids zone with an inflatable jumping castle, obstacle course and cinema to keep them occupied.
"You'll be dry, you'll be entertained and you can shop up to get all of those last minute Christmas gifts," Ms Fowler said.
The Show 'n' Shine car exhibition and fireworks display have been postponed until the Easter Twilight Market in April next year.
