All five judges scored Danny ahead on points over four rounds.
The tournament, sponsored by Dorrigo Boxing Club featured more than 50 fighters in 26 bouts.
Boxers came from clubs and gyms between Gatton and Caloundra in Queensland to Kempsey in NSW.
The tournament gave spectators more than five hours of almost continuous entertainment.
Dorrigo Club President, Brian Darby, described the tournament as a marvellous success.
“It’s a big thing for young men to train hard in the months before a fight then travel long distances with their trainers and supporters for ten minutes in the ring,” Mr Darby said.
“I am especially grateful for the support and the practical help our club has received.
“We hope to stage another tournament later this year.”
