Tracey has been an integral member of the club as registrar and has taken on extra roles over the years to ensure that the club continued to exist. She will be sorely missed and we thank her for her commitment and hard work.
The Club will hold its AGM on May 18 with more information to be found on Facebook and in the Macleay Argus in the coming weeks closer to the date. Committee member Shellie Morrison was hopeful more volunteers would emerge to help with the running of the club.
“For a number of years our committee numbers have been quite low and for the club to continue in the future it needs new people to take on different roles, instead of only a couple of people doing two or three jobs – many hands make light work,” she said.
“Help and training will be provided to any new committee members. It would be great to see some new faces. “Thanks for a great season and we all look forward to welcoming everyone back for a new season later in the year.”
