Police have released a CCTV image of a vehicle of interest following investigations into an armed robbery at South Kempsey in January.

Strike Force Gooriwa was established by detectives from the Mid North Coast Local Area Command following the incident, in which two males, one armed with a knife, entered a fast-food restaurant at the South Kempsey Service Centre at about 2.10am on Monday January 9.
One man walked behind the counter of the restaurant and grabbed one of the four staff members by the arm, and then by the neck, demanding cash.
The two offenders then removed a quantity of cash and fled from the premises in a white mid 1990s white Toyota Landcruiser 4WD which drove from the area.
The vehicle was later found burnt out in bushland.
The first male was described as about 6 foot tall (183cm), with a stocky build and had distinct tattoo or scar underneath his right eye. He was wearing a black hooded jumper with a balaclava at the time.
The second male, armed with the knife is described as having skinny build, and was wearing a hooded jumper and balaclava.
Both men were wearing gloves during the robbery.
Investigators have released an image of the vehicle used in the hope it will provide more information about events both leading up to and after the robbery.
