PRIZE GIVEAWAY
To encourage greater use of the self-serve kiosk, Bellingen Library is embarking on a campaign to promote the use of this facility.
The library is offering community members the opportunity to win a Samsung galaxy tablet worth approximately $200.
To participate in the draw, library members need to bring their library card and use the self-serve kiosk to borrow books at least once between Tuesday 30 May and Wednesday 23 August.
Terms and Conditions apply and are available on council’s website www.bellingen.nsw.gov.au.
Library staff will be delighted to provide instructions on how to use the self-serve technology.
“Use of the self-serve kiosk is easy, time saving and helpful for library staff. It allows staff to devote more time to user-education, improving the quality of service and organising more programs for the community,” new Shire librarian, Surinder Kaur said.
The campaign to promote the use of self-serve will continue until the end of Children’s Book Week (August 25).
The prize will be drawn on Friday, August 25.
