Reilly was notified late last week he had earned selection into the 13-man team to compete in the seventh round of the series.
The Hong Kong Sevens is a three day tournament held from April 6 to April 8.
Reilly will return to Australia afterwards and join the rest of Australian Mens Ssevens squad on the Gold Coast for the Commonwealth Games.
The Australian Mens Rugby Sevens side competes in the Commonwealth Games from April 13-15.
