Students were able to support their classmates by watching them compete in the events, or excitedly searched for artworks and photos entered by someone they knew.
The Year 5 cohort were even interviewed by the Chief Steward whilst watching the events, much to their delight.
“It was very exciting to see my classmates cheering me on as I was competing,” Chase Rosten from Year 4 said.
The baby farm animals were an instant hit for all age groups, as was the cattle showing arena.
“I just want to take him home,” Year 5 student Julian Vale said as he cuddled a baby chicken during a walk through with his class.
Many of the students were eager to revisit the show with their families and excitedly exchanged their favourite exhibitions the entire walk back to school.
All students thoroughly enjoyed the annual show, and cannot wait for next year.
