People aged 14 years and above who enjoy creating things are invited to get involved in this large scale art-making by coming along to a free sculpture workshop on Sunday May 20.
You will be using old books, paper pulp, cutting tools, cardboard and wire to create your sculptures, and you will be able to commune with other creative types and learn new skills and sculptural techniques.
The workshop will be held from 10am to 1pm on Sunday May 20 at the Bellingen Memorial Hall.
This project is an initiative of Arts Network Bellingen supported by Bellingen Shire Council and the workshop will be hosted by ANB and Big Fig Arts.
No booking is required, but please note the workshop is not suitable for children under 14 to attend.
The Bellingen Readers and Writers Festival will be held over the June long weekend, June 8 – 10.
