Police are investigating a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Giinagay Way, Nambucca Heads that occurred last Thursday about 11:35am.

A Winnebago campervan was travelling south when it is alleged to have slowed down and indicated before doing a U-turn just north of the intersection of Lumsden Ln.
A 45-year-old motorcyclist following the van collided with its front offside, trapping the motor cycle and the rider under the vehicle.
Emergency services were alerted and RMS road crews set up traffic control. The cyclist was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus. He has a fractured left ankle. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Family dispute
On Saturday police issued a 27-year-old man with a court attendance notice following investigations related to a family dispute in which a vehicle is alleged to have been damaged earlier the same day.
The man will appear before Macksville Local Court on May 24 for the offence of destroy/damage property.
