At around 7:30am emergency services were alerted to a motor vehicle collision on Wilson Rd, Congarinni North.
The woman is alleged to have lost control whilst negotiating a left hand bend. She hit a driveway culvert causing the car to become airborne and coming to rest a short distance away.
A 45-year-old male passenger was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus complaining of back pain.
Family violence
On Tuesday at about 10am, police arrested a 29-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address after a family dispute involving a 48-year-old woman.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station for offences related to malicious damage and breaching an AVO.
He was refused bail and appeared before Port Macquarie Local Court yesterday.
Woman arrested
Police arrested a 43-year-old woman at a Macksville address on Sunday evening at about 6:20pm after a family dispute involving a 21-year-old woman.
The woman was charged at Macksville Police Station for offences related to malicious damage and assault.
She was released on conditional bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on August 23.
And again
Last Wednesday at about 6:30pm, police arrested a 33-year-old woman at a Nambucca Heads address after a family dispute involving a 55-year-old woman.
The woman was charged at Macksville Police Station for breaching an AVO and resisting/hindering officers.
Shen was released on conditional bail and will appear before Macksville Local Court today.
