Saints Green and the Macleay Valley Rangers will take to the field in the Women’s Northern League’s final matches this Saturday.
Saints Green, who finished the season as minor premiers, had the benefit of a week off last week and they will face Port United at home.
Green earned a 3-2 victory in an entertaining and nail-biting clash when the two sides last met.
Rangers will be looking to bounce back after they suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Port United last week.
Rangers held a 1-0 lead late in the game but controversial decisions went against them and swung the momentum of the match.
The Rangers face off with the defending premiers Wauchope at home.
Wauchope’s premiership defence stayed alive after they held on in a 3-2 win over Saints White.
Wauchope raced to an early 3-0 lead but White fought their way back into the contest.
However, they weren’t able to produce the miracle and their season came to an end.
