Beau Lavender and Carmel Freudenstein on a 20 handicap were the gross winners with 95. The nett winners were Brian Turner and Cathy Cresswell on 33 handicap and 71 nett.
Winners over recent weeks:
Ros Fuller visiting from Orange won with 29 stableford points, runner-up Rhonda McAuliffe with 29 points.
Mary Dwyer's sponsorship day winner Desma Hughes with 31 points and Mary was runner-up with 28 points. Mary kindly passed her trophy to Rhonda McAuliffe with 26 points.
Ruth Flarrety with a nett 76 won the stroke round on July 25. Runner-up Desma Hughes with nett 83. Christine Parker landed NTP on the 10th and tied the putting competition with Ruth Flarrety, both having 33 putts.
On July 31 Rhonda McAuliffe won the stableford round with 33 points and landed both NTPs. Pat Whalen played one of her best rounds, claiming runner-up with 32 points. Carmel Freudenstein and Ruth Flarrety were next on the board winning the ball competition.
Carmel Freudenstein won the stableford round on August 7 with 34 points.
Belinda Cooper retuned to play after an extended break with a great round to claim runner-up with 34 points. Mary Dwyer landed NTP on the 10th, Christine Parker was next in line with 30 points to win the ball competition.
Lorraine King also back after an extended holiday came back fresh for golf winning the stroke and medal round on Monday August 14 with a 70 nett. Carmel Freudenstein was a close runner-up with 71 nett and landed the 10th for NTP. Balls went to Cathy Cresswell with 73 and Belinda Cooper on 77.
On June 26 Macksville ladies golf presented Joan Hosking who represented Nambucca Valley Cancer Council Support Group with a cheque from the fundraising golf day held in May.
