Sam, who was suspended for the decider, watched on as his brother scored two goals on his way to earning a man of the match performance in the 5-3 comeback victory on Saturday.
Chad wreaked havoc for the Wallis defence when he had the ball at his feet and showcased his skill to beat defenders at will.
Chad scored the second goal for the Rangers as they began their historic comeback to overcome a 3-0 goal deficit at half-time.
The illusive striker found the back of the net for the second time in extra-time as he scored the Rangers’ fifth goal.
Chad was glad he was able to fulfill his promise to his brother but was still gutted Sam wasn’t able to take the field.
“It’s a bit disappointing he wasn’t out there with us but we did it for him and the others who missed out,” Chad told the Argus.
Sam, who has been one the Rangers’ best goal scorers for the past two seasons, embraced Chad after the match and gave him a bit of cheek.
“He told me that I had stole his limelight,” Chad said with a smirk.
“He’s very happy for all of us and stoked we got the win.”
