The $43 million warehouse is due to open in early 2019.
Bunnings Warehouse Port Macquarie manager, Jacob Andriessen said the new store represents strong employment opportunities for local residents and school leavers.
“Bunnings provides a wide range of meaningful career development options for all team members," he said.
"We are looking for new recruits from all backgrounds and levels of experience, people who are self-motivated, determined and looking to grow their own personal and career development.

The new Bunnings Warehouse Port Macquarie team will have the chance to prepare the new store for an exciting opening with the local community in early 2019.

The new warehouse covers some 18,000 square metres with about 250 jobs created during the construction phase.
