Physical Culture or ‘physi’ as it is commonly known is a series of low impact exercise in dance form, choreographed to current music. The routines learnt throughout the year include:
- Marching and deportment
- Exercises
- Rhythm and floor
- Dance.
The benefits of physi include:
- Improves balance, coordination, posture and confidence
- No pressure to achieve results. Each student set their own goals

The club competition is where the students compete individually against other students in their own age group within the club. Every student receives a badge and certificate and is recognised for their efforts. Most importantly it is not compulsory to compete.
