The operation targeted break and enters, drug offences and anti-social behaviour in the area with officers from the Mid North Coast Police District as well as Dog Unit and Highway Patrol involved.
About 11pm on Thursday night in Bellimbopinnie officers noticed a Ford utility that allegedly had no registration plates. When the ute failed to stop, a pursuit began with speeds of 170kph allegedly being reached.
Police stopped due to safety reasons, however the driver was then seen to attempt to flee on foot. He was arrested a short time later in Scotts Head.
The 35-year-old was charged with fail to stop and driving while unlicensed. He appeared before Kempsey Local Court.
Other arrests included a 36-year-old woman following a vehicle stop in Kempsey. She was charged with aggravated break, enter and steal plus fraud offences and having goods in custody.
A 30-year-old woman was also arrested on the Macleay Valley Way and charged with possessing prohibited drugs.

Over the limit
On Thursday afternoon police arrested a 59-year-old female driver following a positive RBT on Riverside Dr, Nambucca Heads.
The woman underwent a breath analysis at Nambucca Heads Police Station and returned a low range reading of 0.071. She was issued a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court in January.
Domestic violence incident
Police were alerted to a domestic violence dispute in Nambucca Heads during the early hours of Thursday.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at the scene and later charged at Macksville Police Station with offences related to damaging property and breaching an AVO. He is currently on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on December 6.
