Following the success of their twilight session in November, the Crescent Head-Point Plomer Dune Care group will repeat the 5pm till 7pm format on December 11. It was agreed the cooler temperature and beautiful surroundings were a great antidote to the hard work put in by the volunteers.

It is back to Delicate Nobby Campground for this session to attack bitou bush seedlings between the campground and beach that continue to appear following spraying and previous work.
The effectiveness of the effort is evident with fewer weed seedlings and more native plants appearing.
Being so close to Christmas and wanting to reflect on the year’s successes, the group will adjourn to the Waves Campground for the post work refreshments.
You might want to bring a beverage that is to your liking to help celebrate a good year’s contribution to a better looking coastline.
The group hopes to see you at Delicate Nobby Campground shelter at 4:45pm for a 5pm start. As usual the group recommends a long sleeved shirt, long pants, enclosed shoes, sunhat, gloves (if you have them) and water. Other equipment and instruction will be supplied. Given the new time, it would great to see some new faces.
