Chris Wilson from The Art Space said last year they struggled to hang and display over 30 artists. This year there are 52 pieces of work.
“Included in this number are some local children. This is something close to our heart, as we always desired a connection with the local kids. Art is so important in a child’s life,” Chris said.
“This last year has been a year of learning and growing.
“Running the gallery, coordinating volunteers, creating publicity, making the gallery viable; all things we are learning ‘on the job’.
“We deeply appreciate the support of the community and would like to thank everyone with some hospitality at the official opening on Saturday, December 22 at 5pm to 7pm,” Chris said.
There will also be food, drinks and stimulating company at the launch.
