With a good field on the day, there will be lots of top prizes on offer in all three grades; all intending players should book in now at the club.
The 4th round of the 2018-19 Monthly Medals was held last Saturday as part of the 2019 Ray (Dapto) Campbell 18 hole single stroke event and saw a solid field of 76 players. A big thank you goes to Ray for his sponsorship and a big birthday wish goes to him for last Tuesday, February 4.
Taking out the top grade with a net score of 67 was Mike Brady. The ‘B’, grade winner was Wallung Dickson with a net score of 66, while John Wright won the ‘C’ on 69. All three winners will now go into the playoff for the gold medal in November.
The Monthly winner of the best Junior net score was won by Carlin Dunbar-Rudd with a net 75.
The Monthly winner of the best ntp on the 3rd hole for the carton of beer from Celebrations was won by the ‘A’ grader Todd Watts; Clem Cochrane won the ‘B’ and Graeme won the C’ grade. Sue Woods from SWR was the Ladies winner. All winners of vouchers and balls on the weekend can collect them from the pro shop at the club anytime.
The club is still taking names for the upcoming 2019 Volkswagen Scramble on February 17, so if you have a team of four players, ring the club on 6562 6291 to book in for the big day.
