Parkinson, who made a positional switch from fullback to centre, picked up a try and converted four goals.
Meanwhile Madden provided plenty of energy off the bench and crossed the white stripe for two tries of his own.
Parkinson, who played for the Under-18s representative side last season, is one of the more experienced players in the side and he wore the captains armband against the Titans.
The Under-18s remain undefeated this season and sit in first position in the Northern Pool with two regular season rounds remaining.
The top two sides progress to the finals series.
Unfortunately the Bulldogs Under-16s team, which had O'Shea Tyerman, Bailey Thompson, Tirrel Dungay and Ray Chapman from Kempsey take the field for them, suffered their first loss of the season in a 50-0 whitewash against the Titans.
The loss dropped the side to third place in the standings and they now have a record of one win, one loss and a draw.
Each player is still pushing for selection into the Country Rugby League representative side.
