Entries into the awards close in eight days, on Friday May 17 at 12pm.
Local businesses, large, small, long standing or start ups, are encouraged to apply.
It's free to enter and Macleay Valley Business Awards committee spokesperson Lisa McPherson said there are many benefits to taking part.
"Interest has been consistent with entries and inquiries. The committee encourages all local businesses to enter and we look forward to seeing growth in entrant numbers each year," Ms McPherson said.
"The Awards offer so many benefits to businesses, such as helping businesses to review their journey over the past year and plan for the future."
Once entries close, the next stage of the awards process provides an opportunity for the community to vote for their local businesses via online voting.
"We are also delighted to share that several accommodation providers in South West Rocks have provided special offers for those wishing to make a night of it - or even a few days - relaxing in beautiful South West Rocks," Ms McPherson said.
"Tickets and information on the accommodation offers can also be found on the website.
"Special thanks go to the generosity of the awards supporters including Coastline Credit Union, Macleay Options, Kempsey Toyota and all of the awards sponsors who are active in championing a strong and diverse business community."
