Kyiara Moseley-Callaghan, Matterley Kelly-Scholes, Amelia Blair and Tailah Yerbury were picked in the Ladies League Tag side while Owen and Stephan Blair, Richie and Tyler Roberts, Jesse Douglas, Tyreece Sines and Josef Barber will run out for the men.
Mustangs' first grade coach Russell Lardner was pleased to see his players rewarded.
"It's great to see a lot of Mustangs players picked in both sides, it will be a great day of footy," Lardner told the Argus.
"For my boys, I am very proud of them. They have all worked very hard and they deserved to be picked for this side.
"They are all Dunghutti men and they will be honoured to pull on the jersey."
The Indigenous side will take on a team of All-stars, selected from all teams in the Group Three Rugby League competition.
