The couple officially became owners of the real estate agency on Monday and are happy to announce staff members Kimberley Latham, Charmaine Sutherland and Jesse O'Mullane will remain on the team.
Daniel has more than 30 years of experience in the horse and cattle industry and has been involved in the agriculture industry all his life.
The 42-year-old specialised in managing properties in the New England and Hunter Valley region and also worked in the live export industry in the Northern Territory.
Rachel also has a rural background, working on the land before turning her skills to management. She has more than 15 years experience in the customer service sector.
The couple are now looking forward to the move into real estate industry in the Macleay.
"We are family people and our main aim is to look after other families the same way we would like to be," Daniel told the Argus.
"We will offer the best service to the community and we will adapt when necessary to meet the needs of each client."
The couple, who grew up in Wingham, are delighted to be entering a new business venture together.
"We are excited to be taking on the next chapter in our lives and are embracing the challenge that comes with owning your own business," Daniel said.
While Daniel and Rachel currently live in the Manning, they are looking forward to moving to the Kempsey region once their eldest daughter Leah completes her Higher School Certificate studies this year.
The couple have three other children; Corey, Jordan and Addison.
Ray White Rural Kempsey will hold its first Machinery and General Farm Auction at the Kempsey Showground on June 29 at 12pm.
The company's first Prime Cattle Sale will be held on July 9 at 8am and they will be holding a meet and greet and free barbecue the morning of the sale.
