The 2019 Kempsey Eisteddfod will get underway tomorrow, July 2, with hundreds of local and visiting performers showing off their talent.

The two-week event is a chance for young students to showcase their musical, drama and dance skills in front of judges and proud parents and family.
This year the adjudicator for the music and drama section will be Dr William Clark OAM while the dance section will welcome Rebecca McCormac as adjudicator.

The vocal, instrumental, speech and drama section will be held at the Uniting Church Community Centre and St Joseph's Primary School from July 2 to July 4. While the dance section of the eisteddfod will start on Saturday July 7 at Melville High School and will wrap-up on July 13.
The community is invited and encouraged to come along and support the Kempsey Eisteddfod and the arts in the Macleay Valley.
A session pass for an adult is $5, a day pass (three sessions) is $10 while a season pass is $50. All children are free.
