The Yowies are currently four points clear at the top of the table and a victory would end Saints' chance of overtaking them in the minor premiership race.
However, a win for Lake Cathie over the bottom-placed Macleay Valley Rangers would keep the contest open as they would trail the Yowies by six points with two rounds remaining.
A loss for Lake Cathie would see the Yowies lock up top spot and claim the regular season trophy.
Meanwhile the Kempsey Saints will take on the sixth-placed Port United Crocodiles in an important clash on home soil.
The Saints are in fifth spot and one point behind the Port United Dragons in fourth.
