The minor premiers the Upper Macleay Yowies will have a bye for the opening weekend of finals while the Kempsey Saints, who finished in fifth place, will take on the Port United Dragons in an elimination final.
Port Saints and Lake Cathie will battle in the other semi-final, with the winner advancing to take on the Yowies next week.
The loser will battle the winner of the Saints and Dragons in another elimination final.
