The operation focused on alcohol-related crime, drink driving, domestic violence and firearms offences.
Over 250 motorists were stopped for RBT during the operation with police targeting roads in Macksville, Nambucca and Bowraville.
A drug dog was deployed on seven occasions within a number of licensed premises in the Nambucca Valley on Friday night with one person detected with MDMA (ecstasy) - they will face court for drug possession charges.
One patron has been fined $550 for failing to leave the premises when requested by security.
During the operation police also conducted AVO compliance checks to ensure that parties subject of conditions were not in breach.

Detective Inspector Guy Flaherty said repeat offenders who have come under notice for domestic violence offences with different partners over a period of time were particularly targeted. Police arresting one offender for a breach of AVO over the weekend.
Registered firearms holders are reminded of their responsibility to ensure that firearms are kept safe and in approved cabinets. There have been times across the State that homes of registered firearms holders have been broken into and firearms stolen from cabinets that have not been to a suitable standard.
This has at times left registered firearms holders subject to investigation for not keeping firearms secured.
Unsecured firearms could have tragic circumstances within a family unit with children playing with them, and firearms stolen during a break and enter could result in the firearm being used in more serious crimes.
Nambucca Valley police conduct these operations three-four times a year, involving local officers with support from the Mid North Coast Target Action Group, Highway Patrol and the dog unit.
