The Rangers are on the cusp of completing an invincible season after they booked their place in the grand final with a 2-1 victory over Port United on Saturday.
Macleay Valley finished the regular season unbeaten and were the clear minor premiers.
Rangers player-coach Emma Tamblyn admits it would be a special feeling to achieve an undefeated season.
"It was a relief to secure the win and get into the grand final," Tamblyn told the Argus.
"It would be pretty special to be able to be minor premiers, major premiers and finish the whole season undefeated."
Tamblyn conceded her side had a nervous start to the contest but were able to kick into gear after conceding an equaliser.
"We didn't play too well to start the game and I think it was a bit of nerves," she said.
"We didn't play our game, weren't able to control possession and gave the ball away too easily."
Despite the sluggish start, the Rangers opened the scoring after a Tamblyn free kick collided with a United defender's hand inside the box.
Shelby Coleman made no mistake from the penalty spot to give the home side the 1-0 lead.
However, minutes later the tables turned as Rangers conceded a penalty after hand balling inside their own 18-yard-box.
The goal breathed fire into the Rangers as they began to control possession and mount pressure on United's goal.
Alice Morn reinstated the lead for the Rangers, after she was able to fire the ball into the back of the net.
Both sides exchanged opportunities but neither team was able to trouble the scoring in the physical game again.
The Rangers will face either Port United or Camden Haven in a fortnights time.
The venue is likely to be decided next week.
