Hosted by the Drag-ens Hot Rod Club, the lovingly restored cars in all guises graced Bowra St, from the Ridge St intersection, down into Mann St at the old Stan the van Man site.
A huge crowd packed the main street shops and milled about the rods, with admirers coming from as far away as Perth, Geelong, South Australia and Queensland.
There were even some local exhibitors, like Greg Sainty from Valla whose love of life is a screaming yellow 1934 Ford Coupe.
"When I started (the project) it was just parts and I used to chuckle when people would say 'you will never get that running'," Greg told the Guardian.
The hot rodders have been in the Valley for a full week, and today's show is the public highlight of their visit - which has been a major economic boost for Nambucca.
