THREE men were remanded in custody for allegedly committing an armed robbery at the Crescent Head Country Club in the early hours of yesterday morning (October 21) after it was mentioned in Kempsey Court this morning.

Timothy White, Scott Walter and Stanley Holten did not enter a plea or apply for bail and it was formally refused by Magistrate Goodwin.
White, 36, who appeared in court wearing a grey tracksuit, orange socks and no shoes and stared at the floor during the first court hearing, was charged with robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon and robbery in company causing wounding/grievous bodily harm.
Walter, 27, who did not appear in court, was charged with robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon and robbery in company causing wounding/grievous bodily harm.
Holten, 37, appeared in court and was charged with robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon and robbery armed with offensive weapon causing wounding.
The matter was adjourned and the three men will appear via audio and video link at Kempsey Court on December 18.
