The prestigious competition, hosted at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, had a record number of entries, with some events boasting over 70 entrants.
The majority of heats went until 3 pm in the day over the gruelling six days of competition.
Kempsey swimmer Josie Charlton competed in four huge events, the 100-metre freestyle where she came 41st overall, the 100-metre backstroke where she came 32nd.
Josie also went in the 50-metre freestyle coming 33rd, and the 100-metre breaststroke where she came 26th.
Max Farrell, also from Kempsey, went in the 100 freestyle and came 52nd, and the 50-metre freestyle where he came in at 63.
Fellow Macleay swimmer, Shae-ala Marchment from Crescent Head competed in the marathon 200-metre backstroke and came in at 42nd.

This year's NSW Senior State Championships saw 23 medals won and 45 finalist places over the course of the competition.
Swimming North Coast's entries were higher than last year with more clubs involved, but fewer swimmers competing overall.
