The first four truck loads of fodder arrived on December 10, with the final deliveries arriving at the showground last week.
Lisa Powlesland from the Kempsey Showground said all of the hay has now been distributed to local farmers.
"Everything has now left the showground and has been distributed to fire-affected farmers in the Macleay," she said.
Overall, a total of 299 round bales, 71 large square bales and 283 small square bales made the 1450 kilometre journey from Victoria to Kempsey over the past month.
"There has been eight trucks helping transport the bales, as well as all of the donated time by the volunteers," Lisa said.
"The reactions from the farmers has been amazing. They have been very happy and pleased to receive the bales.
"I've had people burst into tears when they realise the hay is for them."
The donated fodder has helped ease the strain on 41 fire-affected farmers in the region.
"It's been amazing working with the dedicated volunteers and I do feel blessed to be able to help people.
"We're hoping to gather some more donated hay, but at this stage we're not 100 per cent sure.
"We would like to thank the farmers who donated the hay and the truck drivers who delivered it, we couldn't have done it without them."
